VOLUME 1 – ACADEMY MONSTERS

With the start of a boarding school life, and as a first-year student, he unluckily falls into a situation of having no living quarters to stay in. Accidentally stumbling across the legendary ‘haunted house’, and furthermore inadvertently releasing a forbidden seal–

“Human! You actually dared to trespass…”
“I’m really sorry! Are you the owner? Can I pay the lodging fee?”
“……Haven’t you realized the difference of us from normal humans?”
“Uh, you all look exceptionally handsome?” (⊙∀⊙)ﾉ
“……╬”

For a (beep–) goal, the demons decide to pretend to be students and sneak into the school. Due to a (beep–) reason, the boy is forced to live in the residence for a certain amount of time.  The demons who do not know the affairs of life meet a zealous and simple boy and accept the overly chaotic affairs of the school + living together, which is where the story ardently begins!

VOLUME 2 – NIGHT SCHOOL OPENING!

With a car (bicycle), a house (on rent), and six unwilling demons as housemates, can his life as a first-year be any more lovely and peaceful than this?

“Welcome to the Shadow Academy. Classes start from 6 pm, you’re not allowed to skip them!”
“Ehhh there’s still classes at night?” Σ(;ﾟдﾟ)
“Why do the six of us have to attend those classes along with him?!”
“Y-you guys don’t want to be with me?” (〒︿〒)
“Weaklings don’t deserve to own those demons, let’s fight! If you lose, your demons will become mine!”
“You’re so hateful~ they’re not mine~ (heart)” (*´艸 `*)

It’s a plain human school in the day, but becomes a desperate war zone of demons and Summoners at night?!

VOLUME 3 – AFTER SCHOOL MAGIC

A whole chain of conveniences follows the life on one little freshman, drawn into the fierce rivalry of summoners and demons, as well as an attack from both sides the school and the underworld! The only way to solve this problem is — …forced dating?

Demon Classmate A: “You’re not allowed to joke around while we date, or sing horrible self-structured songs.” (눈‸눈)
Demon Classmate B: “If you try to make any moves on me, I’ll beat you up until your own mother can’t recognize you!” (╬ﾟдﾟ)
Demon Classmate C: “Anything goes for me, but it all depends on whether you can handle it or not…”(^ . <)♥

Covetous demons at the front, royal soldiers chasing at the back; what should this unlucky first-year do?

VOLUME 4 – WORKING GAME START

The demons are faced with their biggest enemy yet since arriving to the human world; it isn’t the royal soldiers, nor the Shadow Academy Summoners, but a realistically tragic— fi · nan · cial · cri · sis?!

“Overthrow the guards and take away the valuables they’re guarding. Easy.”(✪ω✪)
“We can’t rob a bank!” (╬ﾟдﾟ)

“Find a CEO, make them fall in love with us, and we’ll have tons of money later on! (*´艸`*)
“Uh, please just stop watching those weird romance dramas already…”(|||ﾟдﾟ)

“Hehe, I’m not short of money. My friend is incredibly generous towards me.” (^ . <)♥
“That’s because your friend lusts for your body…” (눈‸눈)

To prevent the demons from falling onto the wrong fork in the road, and as the only human with the most knowledge of living steadily, the little first-year firmly decides to appeal to the demons, to immediately put the ‘Part-time Job Stratagem’ into action?

VOLUME 5 – SCHOOL FESTIVAL TROUBLES!

The Shadow Academy’s grand occasion — time for the gathering of all five schools in the North Pacific for the school festival! As the Summoner with six demons in his arsenal, he naturally becomes a wanted asset by all the participating students. In order to hide the fact that a certain person does not have a single drop of spiritual power within him, the demons fight tooth and nail to prevent it, but the unlucky little first year is accidentally struck by a curse— 

Preschool Stage: “Today I woke up aw by myself, aren’t I amazing?”ヽ(✿ﾟ▽ﾟ)ノ
Demons: “It must be illegal to be this cute! We’ll buy you anything you want~”(*´∀`)~♥

Rebellious Stage: “You’re damn annoying! Old geezers, don’t bother me!” (#`Д´)
Demons: “…Tolerate it, you can’t punch him, you can’t punch him…” (╬☉д⊙)

?? Stage: “The dark power that lies dormant in my body, has finally awakened…” (✺ω✺)
Demons: ◢▆▅▄▃COL╰(〒皿〒)╯LAPSE ▃▄▅▇◣

Thrown under a three-way pincer attack from the school festival + bounty mission + breaking the curse, the demons from the netherworld have finally experienced for themselves, it isn’t as easy as they had thought living in the human world?!

VOLUME 6 – SCHOOL FESTIVAL, MISSION CLEAR

With the school festival still underway, the little first year’s misery has yet to end. Under the banner of challenge, enemies from school + outside of school have actually formed an alliance, set to strike! As the old saying goes, place someone on the field of death and he will fight to live; the little first year decides to use the demons as his Ul ‧ ti ‧ mate ‧ Skill!

“The despicable president has confiscated all our ingredients, we can’t set up the vendor stall!”  (╬☉д⊙)
“Use Dongya ‧ Dark Cuisine Jutsu—” (°ཀ°)

“The scale of it isn’t large enough, we don’t have enough kiss scenes, the audience is sure to complain!” (((°д°)))
“I choose you! Byriel ‧ Seduction Jutsu—” ✧*。(´▽`*)✧*。

“We have to set up the vendor stall and put on a play, our class is short-handed!” (ರ﹏ರ、)
“Quetzal ‧ Shadow Clone Jutsu— Wait, I was wrong, Quetzal, don’t go!” ｡ﾟヽ(ﾟ ´д`)ノﾟ｡

As the joint celebration between the five schools comes to an end, in the name of the school festival (read: a contest of carnage) they absolutely cannot lose!!

VOLUME 7 – ATTACK! HORROR LOVER!

After coming through the school festival and securing a spot at first place, the little first year’s life at school is incomparably glorious— But to the Contracts’ complete surprise, a green and inexperienced love confession has actually befallen this screwball airhead?!

Secret Admirer: “I can no longer suppress my desire for you♥”
Contracts: “Instead, your IQ has been suppressed to the negatives…”  (°ཀ°)

Secret Admirer: “You are the most brilliant star in the sea of faces♥♥”
Contracts: “That’s because the ultraviolet rays are too bright, better put on some sunglasses!” (|||ﾟ д ﾟ)

Secret Admirer: “I’d like a relationship between the two of us that evolves to something deeper than friends♥♥♥”
Contracts: “Quickly sentence this person to death!”  (╬☉д⊙)

With a furrow of their eyebrows, the definitely-not-jealous Contracts discover something wrong about this confession. Is this an attempt to sow discord, or someone with an ulterior motive? No matter how stupid, as their partner, their contractor is up to them to defend!

VOLUME 8 – BANQUET FIGHTING!

Time for a holiday! To treat themselves with the hard work they’ve done for the semester, the first year and his demons decide to spend their holidays on a luxurious cruise liner~

—Yeah right, this is just the start of a boss-level mission! After boarding the ship, they discover… that it’s a little unsuitable for minors?

 “If I win this bet, you’ll become my trophy!”
“Now, we don’t know who’ll be the one to be crushed in the end~” ( ´ w ` )

“You’ve been hit by a curse, don’t you feel a little different?”
“Indeed, I have this sudden urge to do something to you…” *•°*(＾∀＾)*•°*

“Not bad, I didn’t think your legs could open so wide.”
“Likewise, likewise. The night is young, let us continue.” （☼д☼）

The adult world is truly obscene… No, abstruse. So as to complete the mission and earn a living, do the demons truly have to risk themselves by venturing into this business?!
